How long does shipping take? We typically deliver within 8–15 business days depending on your location. During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you updated.

What does shipping cost? Shipping always costs $3.95 per order, regardless of size or order value.

Do you ship outside the United States? At this time, we only ship within the United States to ensure fast and reliable service.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept PayPal only. You can easily pay with your PayPal balance, debit card, or credit card through PayPal.

Can I return an item if I change my mind? Yes, you have 30 days to return the item from the date you received it, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How do I get my money back after a return? Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

What if I received a defective or incorrect item? Please contact us at support@americankiddo.com as soon as possible. We will of course cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
